This company is amazing. I broke my everyday glasses at the beginning of the pandemic. No one was open or available to help. KZFOO was there for me. I chose my frames,went through the process of filling out the progressive lens information, loaded my prescription and got them very quickly. I just got a new pair, new prescription, a week of use showed a small blemish. I contacted customer support, uploaded a photo of the issue and received a warranty pair extremely fast.
