I have only just placed my order so I can't speak for anything other than the buying process yet, that being said I am thrilled with my experience as it stands now. The process of finding glasses was made simple with helpful guides on frame style for face shape, how to get an accurate PD in several ways, and how to read my Rx. When searching for frames I was able to quickly and easily filter through them finding the ones I love fairly easily. Being able to virtually try them on and adjust the PD so I could better see what they would look like on my face was amazing. The lense choices were clearly explained and the payment process was pain free making this the least stressful time I've had shopping for eyeglasses in years!
